Sinti Restaurant is on of the few restaurant in Southwest Bulgaria to offer sous-vide dishes (coming the French sous-vide or “under vacuum”). Our products are delivered daily from Greece and small organic farms in the region. All our herbs and spices come from the hotel’s greenhouse, which has been renovated and modernized specially for this purpose.
